I. Industrial Bimetal Thermometer

Bimetallic thermometer temperature sensing element with two different coefficients of linear expansion of metal welded together to make a bundle of sheets, after the bimetal is heated, due to the expansion of two metals of different lengths and bending. The higher the temperature, the line length difference generated by the greater expansion, and thus the greater the bending angle caused. Bimetal thermometer according to this principle is made of. It is made of double sheet metal temperature sensing element spiral. Placed inside protective metal casing, the temperature changes, the free end of the spiral temperature sensing element will rotate around the central axis at an angle, while driving the pointer on the dial indicates the corresponding temperature.
